I was excited to receive Chef Locke BBQ planks for my husband to test out. They are recognized by the National Barbecue Association and have won three of six national awards! We got to try out the Beer Can Chicken Plank which was right up my husband’s alley! First he followed the soaking instructions which locks the can in place in the plank. Then he just followed the directions that come with the plank and viola- the delicious chicken super moist chicken was ready! I loved the smoky flavor and I loved that none of the chicken was at all dried out. Yum-O!
