First gather up your ingredients on a clean working space.
Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Ingredients:
- 3 T. all- purpose flour
- ½ overripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 T. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract.
- 1 Heaping teaspoon chocolate chips
- ⅛ tsp. Salt
- ⅛ tsp.Baking powder
- ⅛ tsp. Baking soda
How To Make Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread:
Coat the inside of the mug well with nonstick cooking spray or you can use butter or coconut oil to grease if you prefer.
In a mixing bowl, mix together wet ingredients and then add all dry ingredients and stir until it is smooth.
Pour contents into prepared mug.
Microwave for 1 minute and then in 30 second additional increments until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Be careful not to overcook your mug cake, it may take 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave’s power.
