The Eczema Company Manuka Honey Skin Cream Review and Giveaway

Products For Eczema

I was recently contacted by The Eczema Company.  She said her son suffered from chronic head-to-toe eczema and through trial and error using dietary changes along with natural treatments and skincare, they were able turn the table on his skin condition. Her experiences inspired her to create The Eczema Company, where parents can find natural and non-toxic skin care and gentle clothing beneficial for their children suffering with eczema. They also offer a selection of skincare which is great for adults with eczema and those with sensitive or severely dry skin as well.

Manuka Honey Skin Cream Review:

As it so happens, my son has very sensitive skin.  He also gets these red bumpy patches on his cheeks.  I asked The Eczema Company to recommend a product for this and she suggested Manuka Honey Skin Cream and sent me sample to review.

“Based on a traditional recipe and made in small batches by hand, Manuka Honey Skin Cream is a surprisingly soft and creamy balm, rather than a cream. Organic active Manuka honey, known for its amazing healing powers, is combined with organic tree nut-free oils and beeswax to create a gentle nourishing balm that’s excellent for healing open wounds and soothing irritated eczema flare-ups.”

Benefits of Manuka Honey Skin Cream:

  • Naturally anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-septic.
  • Reduces eczema inflammation.

I agree that the Manuka Honey Skin Cream is really more of a balm or salve consistency.  It is very soothing for my son’s skin.  It seems thick at first but it just smooths right on to his cheeks and I notice a reduction in the redness and bumpiness in a few hours.  Last week he had some strange sore on the end of his nose and I used some of the Manuka Honey Skin Cream on that as well and it seemed to have a healing effect on it.  I am pleased with the Manuka Honey Skin Cream and think it is great to have on hand in my arsenal of natural products to use when needed.

  69. Really enjoy reading your advice as I believe it is essential that you have got some kind of goal while you are trying to be fit and healthy. A diet can be so uninspiring if you don’t acquire some kind of support and I generally find a great deal of helpfull guidance whenever searching various information sites. It also assists in receiving some inspiration for planning a variety of dishes rather than the same vegetables week in week out.
