Gluten Free Bread Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp of water
- 3 TBS of milk
- ¾ tsp of vinegar
- 1/3 cup of gluten free flour
- ¼ tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbs of applesauce
Gluten Free Bread Recipe Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well.
You can pour the mixture into a sandwich- storage container (don’t put the lid on it) or a small dish to microwave it.
Microwave the ingredients for about 90 seconds. Cooking times may vary based on your microwave.
When the timer goes off, you’ll be amazed to find delicious, warm gluten free bread!
You’ll want to place the bread on a cooling rack for a couple minutes to cool completely.
