Our mobile phones have come to have huge significance to each of us. They are no longer just a phone. They are our mini computers that connect us to the world, that answer our questions, give us access to the internet, take our photos, and hold our precious data. So naturally having a great phone is important to us all. As a blogger, a great phone is even more important to me than the average user because I need to be able to take great photos, I have to have lots of storage, and I need to be able to access lots of apps! I currently had a phone that I liked very much but when I was offered the opportunity to do a Sony Xperia XZ Premium Review, I jumped at the opportunity because I have heard great things about the Sony Xperia Mobile Phone.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium Review
I was immediately eager to try the Sony Xperia Mobile Phone because so many of my blogger friends keep telling me how much they love Sony cameras and then recently when I met some huge Instagramers, they credited their new mobile phone cameras with taking them from mediocre to successful. “Let me get my hands on this Sony Xperia XZ Premium to review,” I thought, “so I can see for myself!”
When I received the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, the first thing I noticed was the size. It has a 5.5″ 4K HDR display (the same size as an iPhone 7 Plus and the Galaxy S7 Edge). I really enjoy the screen size because I can text and type more easily without hitting the wrong buttons as often. I also really like it because I can see my photos better right away and think “good shot” or “try again” without having to hold the phone close and examine the smaller photo. Not only is the borderless display large, it also offers crystal clarity. The 4K HDR display is the first of its kind in a smartphone and is great for watching HDR videos. It is also great for playing the latest PlayStation games on PS4 Remote Play, (but please don’t tell my husband!)
Other stats I immediately checked on the Sony Unlocked Mobile Phone (not tied to a specific carrier or contract) were storage capacity, the camera quality, and the processor information. It all looked good to me so I will share those specs with you here and then I will address the camera functioning since that is such an important element to me. Sony Xperia XZ Premium Camera Details
The 19MP main camera and the 13MP selfie camera caught my attention as they are better numbers than my current camera. It also comes with the world’s first Motion Eye camera system, featuring Predictive Capture to help you get just the right shot! But were the photos really better? Well, I tested on several subjects and I have to say I think that the they were. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium Camera seemed to do a better job capturing a more beautiful natural lighting and fuller color.
But what makes this Sony Xperia XZ Premium Camera really special is its Super Slow Motion Video Recording, which captures life in ways no other smartphone can (up to 4 times slower than other mobile phone cameras) for really amazing slow-mo videos. My daughter is going to have way too much fun with that feature.

Right now it sounds like that phone makes really great images compared to most that have just 12 MP.
