Keen-Wah Decadence Bars Review:
YogaEarth’s new line of Keen-Wah Decadence Bars are organic, vegan and gluten-free bars. Keen-Wah Decadence Bars have a unique formulation that features quinoa, one of nature’s best sources of complete plant-base protein, low glycemic coconut nectar, high-antioxidant dark chocolate and over 500mg of Omega 3s from heart-healthy chia seeds and almond butter.
Now, when I read all of that, I knew I would love the Keen-Wah Decadence Bars. They come in 3 great flavors: Chocolate Chia, Coconut Almond and Cayenne Cinnamon. Each bar effectively balances 100% healthy, gluten-free, vegan and organic ingredients with taste and texture. I had the pleasure of trying the Coconut Almond and Cayenne Cinnamon. I liked the Coconut Almond Keen-Wah Decadence Bar flavor though I wished it had a bit more coconut because I am a huge fan. It had great texture and made a great snack mid morning snack for me. I liked the Cayenne Cinnamon even more! It was really flavorful without being too spicy but still having a little kick. My daughter ate the Chocolate Chia Decadence Bar as an after school snack and though I didn’t get even a little bite, she says it was good!

Well if it was for me I’d have a hard time choosing btw the Chocolate and the Coconut Almond but truly I am hoping to win this for a healthy special treat for my soulmate/bff love of my love Husband Todd and I am “guessing” he may be curious to try the Cayenne Cinnamon bc he does love spicy things, but if I am lucky enough to win for him I am going to ask him to pick whichever flavor HE most wants at that time bc I think they all sound good. : )
