First of all, Happy Thanksgiving!  I hope everyone enjoys this day full of fun, family, gratitude, and food.   Every Thanksgiving, my family—well mostly my mom—makes a dinner probably large enough to feed 12 people.  There are only 5 of us!  So that means massive amounts of leftovers!  Although traditional Thanksgiving dishes are great today, and maybe tomorrow, and maybe the next day, they can get old.  This year, I’ve decided to take this matter of leftovers into my own hands. Why not make something new out of something old, right?   I’ve searched and found some of the best and easiest Thanksgiving leftover recipes.  Here are my top 5 leftover recipes.

Here is how to use your leftover turkey, stuffing, and potatoes!

How To Use Leftover Turkey

After Thanksgiving Roast Turkey Soup
I know that cooking may not be at the top of your list on the day after Thanksgiving, but what about throwing some leftovers in some broth?  This soup looks delicious and simple!

Turkey ‘n Dumplings
This recipe takes about an hour and fifteen minutes to cook and includes ingredients such as carrots, celery, roast turkey, frozen peas, onion, gravy, and more!  It can also be made with chicken.

Turkey and Brussel Sprout Quesadillas
I am a huge quesadilla fan, so these sound right up my alley.  Plus, Brussel sprouts and turkey are a wonderful pair.  This easy recipe only takes 20 minutes!

How To Use Leftover Stuffing

Stuffing Waffles
Normally, Thanksgiving dishes don’t make you think breakfast, but think again. These would be great treat for you and the family on the morning after Thanksgiving!

How To Use Leftover Potatoes

Sweet Potato Pancakes
I love sweet potatoes, especially mashed.  I always want to reheat them, but they never taste the same the next day.

Do you get creative with your Thanksgiving leftovers?  Share with us your favorite way to enjoy them!  And again, Happy Thanksgiving!

A motivating discussion is worth comment. There’s no doubt that
that you should publish more about this subject matter. I never know just what to do with my Thanksgiving leftovers but I love the sound of these leftover recipes.
