Skin Care For Kids- DermalYouth Review

Have you thought about the importance of everyday skin care for your children? I’m not talking about just applying sunblock at the beach. I’m talking about daily skin care for kids. Introducing a daily skin care regimen to your children early will help your children develop a healthy habit and they will also be better protected during unplanned time in the sun. This post is brought to you by DermalYouth but all opinions expressed are my own.

Why Is Skin Care For Kids Important?

skin care for kids

Children spend about 3 times as much time outdoors as the average adult does so they receive approximately three times the annual adult dose of UV. In fact, according to the Children’s National Health System, 60-80% of total lifetime sun exposure occurs by age 18. For this reason, it just makes sense to protect their skin on a daily basis.

According to the American Cancer Society, “Cancer of the skin is by far the most common of all cancers.” They also state that skin cancer has been on the rise over the past few decades. The great news is that you can do a lot to protect yourself and your family simply by practicing sun safe behaviors.

DermalYouth empowers parents and teaches children about the importance of an everyday skin care regimen to help protect and rejuvenate skin.

After many years of research and development, DermalYouth delivers skin care for kids. The DermalYouth mission is to utilize the finest ingredients and highest standards to deliver skin care protection and rejuvenation to your child’s skin day and night- 24/7/365.

The DermalYouth Daily Skincare Regime is so simple. It just takes 10 seconds to apply each morning after brushing their teeth, and just ten seconds at night after brushing their teeth.

“We educate our children to brush their teeth to prevent cavities and gum disease, so why wouldn’t we educate them on how important it is to nourish, shield and protect their skin every day?” says DermalYouth CEO. And he is so right. Our skin is our largest organ and a little bit of care goes a long way towards keeping it in good health.

Dermal Youth Skin Care Review

My son and daughter have been trying out DermalYouth skin care for kids and I am happy to share their results. My daughter just loves the way the Night cream smells (fruity) so it has been very easy for her to pick up that new habit. She says also says that the creams leave her skin feeling more moisturized and smooth than previous lotions she has tried and she really likes DermalYouth much better.

My son has very sensitive skin which is prone to slight eczema. I happy to report that both creams are working well for his skin. The texture of his skin is actually a smoother after using DermalYouth.

I appreciate the added protection from the sun for both of them, but especially for my son’s fair skin. It is great for our unplanned exposures to the sun (we can’t miss an opportunity to play outdoors!)

I noticed that a lot of their ingredients are natural, which is nice. They have lip balm, too. I’ve noticed that my lips are getting drier as I age.

I am amazed by the many products that are available for our youth. Teen’s skin goes through various stages and can cause embarrassment to them. Using these products would give them the confidence they need.

“All it takes are 5 severe sunburns to double your chances of getting Melanoma.” That is a very sobering statistic! I have 2 children who are very fair and prone to burning.

All it takes are 5 severe sunburns to double your chances of getting Melanoma. This is really scary. Though my daughter has darker skin & rarely gets sunburned, I would still like to start protecting her skin now.

Something that caught my eye was the fact “All it takes are 5 severe sunburns to double your chances of getting Melanoma.” I didn’t know that and wish I would have when I was a teenager and used sun protection more often.
