My husband and I just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary. I got him a beautiful photo of Nashville skyline for his man cave! It was by a local Nashville Landscape Photographer, Craig Alexander. My husband is always admiring photos that capture the essence of Nashville so I thought a Nashville Skyline photo would be the perfect gift for our anniversary.
Before Coronavirus Guidelines for Safer At Home , I went looking for a beautiful photo of the Nashville skyline. Yes, in the not too distant past, I actually went out shopping! I had heard about a local Nashville photographer named Craig Alexander with a shop at the Cool Springs Mall. I found the shop on the second floor near Zales. It was so fun to see all the local Nashville photography as well as beautiful shots from Paris ( he used to live in France).
It was hard choosing my favorite Nashville skyline picture! He had some that captured 2nd Avenue night life that were cool and there two Nashville skyline photos that I difficulty choosing between but finally I selected the best photo of Nashville Skyline to match the colors and vibe of the space I was hanging it in. This original Nashville skyline is the best to me because I just love the cheerful, hopeful colors. I also got to select the perfect size to fit my space as he several canvas prints on hand to chose from.
I loved hearing about how he shot the Nashville photo with long exposure photography and made a super detailed image of the Nashville Skyline by stitching together 7 different shots. He was a very charismatic guy and he even gave me an 8 by 10 free print of the Natchez Trace Parkway that I loved to go with my large canvas print of the Nashville Skyline I choose.
