Fall means loads of delicious flavors like pumpkin, apple, and all sorts of flavors. I will find ways to add them into my meals and snacks. Pork and apples were just meant to be together, they compliment each other so well. I wanted a sauce that was not only sweet but had a tangy flavor with a little heat- apple cider vinegar gives it a punch of tartness and it is finished off with a smidgen of heat from red pepper flakes. This dish requires only one pan and is ready in less than 20 minutes start to finish. The flavors are perfect for fall, and while it is simple enough for a weeknight, it is special enough for Saturday night company. I hope you enjoy this apple cider glazed pork chops recipe as much as my family does.
