Easy recipe with chicken breasts and so delicious.
Chipotle Meatloaf with Carrots and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I never tried making individual little meatloaf servings and I loved the idea.
Herbed Chicken Cutlets with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Zucchini
Very tasty glazed chicken. I never oven roasted zucchini before but I loved it that way and I plan to cook it that way again. The homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes were also delicious.
