Thanksgiving Printables For Your Table (Place Cards And More)
I’m so excited to be hosting some of my family for Thanksgiving Dinner this year. My mother-in-law is in the country for the first time in years. Her, my parents, and some of my siblings along with their children, and maybe even a few family friends will be coming to our home for Thanksgiving Dinner and I’m so looking forward to it. The food preparation is, of course, a big part of getting ready for hosting a dinner like this but so is setting the Thanksgiving table! Here are some Thanksgiving printables to make your Thanksgiving table feel festive. I started out by designing a thanksgiving place cards printable but got carried away and made a printable table decor sign, printable place mat, and printable napkin holders! They look even better as a matching set.

Instructions For The Free Printable Thanksgiving Place Settings
Begin by printing out each of the free printables. You’ll need to print enough of the placemats for each guest, one or two of the signs (depending on how many you want), enough place cards for each guest (there are 6 per page), and enough napkin holders for each guest (there are 5 per page).
Click on each of the following images and select the print option in the top right corner. Choose your paper size and print! Make sure to select “color” if you want to print them in the beautiful shade of brown in which they are shown.
Free Printable Thanksgiving Place Cards
Want free thanksgiving place cards? Here they are! Place cards can be a charming and functional addition to dinner parties and formal gatherings. They serve multiple purposes, enhancing both the organization and aesthetics of the event. Place cards help guests find their seats quickly and easily, reducing confusion and ensuring a smooth start to the event. They add a personal touch, making guests feel special and acknowledged. By strategically placing guests, you can encourage conversations and help guests mingle, especially if they don’t know each other well. These Thanksgiving place card printables provide a blank space for the name so you can use any color marker to add the names of family members and friends to the cards.
Use white cardstock to print the free printable thanksgiving place cards and hand write each of your guests’ names. Here is the place cards pdf. I used a paint pen with a fine tip in gold to write the names of my guests on each name place card design. Place cards are typically placed at the center of each plate or slightly above it.
Free Printable Placemats For Thanksgiving
These printable place settings are designed to match the overall decor and theme of your Thanksgiving table, creating a cohesive and polished look. Use this placemat pdf to print one for each guest.
Place the free printable thanksgiving placemats under each plate, setting the plate off to the side slightly. This will leave the “I am thankful for” area open for your dinner guests to write down what they are thankful for. Place a pen or pencil at each place setting for guests to write with. Guests can fill these out while waiting for the Thanksgiving meal. Encourage guests to share what they have written during the meal.
Thanksgiving Table Decor Printable (or Wall Sign)
Print 1 or 2 the Give Thanks sign to use on your dining table, buffet table, and/or wall as decor that ties into your Thanksgiving theme.
Place the “Give thanks” print into a photo frame and use as a Thanksgiving table centerpiece with pumpkins and gourds or other decor.
Thanksgiving Napkin Rings/Holders Printable
Print the napkin holders pdf. Then, cut the “So Thankful” napkin holders into strips and fold them around your folded napkins. Place the napkins on each plate and carefully tuck a knife, fork, and spoon into each one.
Napkin holder printables provide a versatile, affordable, and creative solution for enhancing table settings. A place setting, refers to the arrangement of tableware for a single diner, typically including plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins, set in a specific manner for a meal. This printable set will help you present a pretty place setting unified around a single theme of giving thanks.
Conclusion
Printable place cards let each guest feel welcomed and valued with a designated spot, adding a personal touch that shows attention to detail. Printable placemats help define each guest’s space, keeping the table organized and making cleanup easier. Napkin rings keep linens neat and accessible. These thoughtful elements help turn the meal into a memorable experience, making everyone feel special and cared for.
This simple, elegant place setting and Thanksgiving Dinner table can be created with paper you probably have on hand. If you didn’t want a white background, you certainly could print it on any color paper you like. White went best with my dishes and cloth napkins!
