Craft Supplies Needed:
- brown paper lunch bags
- craft feathers
- wine cork (If you don’t have wine corks on hand for cork thanksgiving crafts, you can use craft foam cut into circles for turkey heads.)
- orange and red craft foam
- googly eyes
- hot glue gun/glue or craft glue
- sewing machine/thread
How To Make Thanksgiving Utensil Holder For Fun Table Decor:
Fold bag so that the flat part that would normally be the bottom is inside the fold, you want this to be about a 4” pocket.
Sew ⅛” from the edge of bag all the way around, trim off excess threads.
Cut ¼” slices off cork for heads.
Assemble turkeys-securing to bag with hot or craft glue if the kids are doing it. Spread feathers out across pocket, top with cork slices, wiggle craft eyes, and finally a beak and waddle cut from craft foam. Each one can be a unique work of art.
Slide silverware or plastic ware and a napkin in turkey utensil pocket and you are done with your Thanksgiving Craft!
