DIY With Essential Oils: Energizing Roller Blend Recipe
Items Needed For Your DIY Energizing Roller Blend:
- Glass Roller Bottle with Stainless Steel roller ball top
- Peppermint Essential Oil
- Lime Essential Oil
- Rosemary Essential Oil
- Sweet Almond Oil
Directions For How To Make The Essential Oil Energizing Roller Blend:
Gather your supplies and head to the table or your kitchen counter. You will need a few essential oils and my preference is Young Living. If you need to purchase essential oils or would like some more information on them, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Grab your roller bottle and gently pop the roller ball off of the top. Next, take your essential oils and slowly drop them into your bottle. Here are the ratios: Lime Essential Oil- 5 drops, Peppermint Essential Oil- 10 drops and Rosemary Essential Oil- 8 drops. Once you have added all of your essential oils, you are going to slowly fill the rest of your bottle up with sweet almond oil. Adding a carrier oil like sweet almond oil will help your essential oils carry further on your skin and they will last longer when slightly diluted.
Once all of our oils are added, pop the roller top back on your bottle, give a gently shake and roll on forehead, bridge of nose and/or wrists for a burst of refreshment and energy!
**Be careful not to get in eyes. The peppermint essential oil will burn. If eyes come in contact with any mint oil, grab a cold cloth and press (don’t rub) on eyes until burning subsides.
Have you ever made a roller blend or other diy with essential oils? There are many blends for all sorts of issues, such as concentration, that you can make quickly and easily right at home! Give this energizing roller blend recipe a try if you are sluggish and tired in the afternoon! It will definitely help give you the burst of energy you need.
