Materials/Ingredients Needed for the Jitters Roller Blend:
- 10 ml roller bottle (available through affiliate link below)
- Carrier Oil of Choice (liquid coconut oil, safflower seed oil, almond oil, or avocado oil)
- Young Living Lavender Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil and Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
How To Make Back To School Essential Oils Blend:
This roller blend for kids is very easy to make. Once you have gathered all your materials, you are ready to put your oils into your roller bottle.
First, add 10-12 drops of each essential oil (Lavender, Orange and Ylang Ylang). The three of these essential oils were selected for their calming, uplifting, mood improving properties.
Once you have added those, top your bottle off with your carrier oil. All of the carrier oils I mentioned are good for your skin.
