Whether us moms are ready or not, the new school year is right around the corner! Back to school shopping for supplies…check. New clothes purchased…check. Hair cuts…check. Essential oil roller blend for healthy immune systems…ours is made!! What about yours? A few years ago when my oldest started preschool (he is entering 1st grade this year), I was looking for something to help keep him healthy. All I heard was “get ready for all the germs” and “he’ll bring home all the sicknesses going around”. We are a healthy family in general so I was not wanting that to happen!! I discovered Young Living Essential Oils from a friend and I grabbed some essential oils for back to school that really helped keep not only my son healthy all school year but helped keep the whole family healthy!!

I was so impressed with these little bottles of oils that I became hooked and 4 years fast forward to now and we are still using our oils and loving them. One roller blend recipe that we always have and use everyday is our Healthy Roller! It’s a blend of oils that all have antibacterial and antiviral properties…perfect for school aged kids and really perfect for anyone that goes out into the germy world! We use our Healthy Roller every morning to help boost our immune system and keep it healthy and strong.

How To Make Healthy Essential Oils Roller For Back To School

Making this Healthy Roller for your kids takes about 60 seconds! It’s quick and easy to make and just as easy to use. Start with your roller bottle. Add 3 drops of each of the essential oils for back to school that I listed in the ingredients section. These all all selected because they kill germs and support an healthy immune system. Once your essential oils have been added, grab your organic liquid coconut oil and top off the rest of your bottle (other carrier oils that can be used are grapeseed oil or apricot oil). Pop the roller top on, give a gentle shake and it’s ready to use! Roll on bottoms or feet or up and down your child’s spine before they head off to school!

Thanks for sharing with us this information! I really want to try it since my 2 year old son gets sick all the time when at school, despite eating greens, veggies, fruits and almost 0 added sugar. Have you used it on your children when they were this age? Thanks in advance!

I have! I started using this blend when my youngest was about 15 months. It was properly diluted for her age but yes, you can definitely use this on a 2 year old. Try a very small diluted amount first to ensure there is no sensitivity. If you have other questions, feel free to reach back out. You can always check with your doctor before use to be sure they think it is a good fit.
