Pictsweet Farms® Vegetables for Grilling
I love to have Pictsweet Farms® stocked in my freezer as my secret shortcut. With them, I can create a quick and easy family meal anytime. It is so convenient to always have veggies on hand and not have to worry about them going bad if I don’t use them right away.
Another thing I think is super cool about Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Grilling is that they all come in a foil tray. This makes them super easy to throw on the grill, in the oven, or even over a campfire. You just peel back the clear film from the tray and your veggies are ready to cook. They even come perfectly seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
These are the easiest veggies for grilling because they cut out all the prep work of cleaning veggies, peeling veggies, slicing veggies, and seasoning veggies. They even cut out the cleanup work because you can just cook them in the foil tray and then dispose of it.
These grill-ready vegetables are a one-of-a-kind product. They’re ultra-convenient so you can spend less time prepping and more time with your family and friends. You can enjoy that delicious grilled vegetable taste in less than 25 minutes. The cooking instructions are based on use of the frozen vegetables on your grill or in your oven. In other words, no need to let the frozen vegetables for grilling thaw out. Just use them straight out of the freezer.
There are 5 varieties of Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Grilling:

Easy Grilled Veggies And Sausage Sub Recipe
You will savor the grilled flavor of Asparagus, Sweet Peppers & Onions. They go perfectly with grilled sausage and rolls for an easy, wholesome meal. By the way, if you love sausage, you should try Sauerkraut Sausage Soup sometime!
This sub recipe is so easy you only need three ingredients. You can cook all three on your outdoor grill. Or use your indoor electric grill for even faster cooking.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Pictsweet Farms® Vegetables for Grilling Asparagus, Sweet Peppers & Onions
- 3 Hoagie Rolls
- 3 Fully Cooked Sausage Links
You can find Pictsweet Farms vegetables in the frozen aisle of your grocery store. I got my hoagie/ sub buns in the bakery section. I like to use Kielbasa sausage which is a smoked Polish sausage. However, you can use any type of fully cooked sausage such as Italian sausage or Andouille sausage. You should be able to find the fully cooked sausage links in the refrigerated section of your local supermarket.
Directions:
Allow your grill to preheat. Take your Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Grilling out of the freezer. Remove the foil package from the box and then remove and dispose of the clear film over the tray. There is no preparation needed. The veggies are already seasoned and ready for the grill. They even included the foil pan for the ultimate in cooking convenience.
To grill, just place the foil pan directly over the heat source and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can cook the sausage links at the same time that the pan is on the grill, which is great for lowering overall cook time as well. (Or use the oven and follow oven cook times on the package.) Just place the links directly onto the grill or you can slice them and cook over foil.
When there is about 5 minutes left of veggie cooking time, go ahead and slice your hoagie rolls in half and place them on the grill as well to toast up.
To serve, you can load the easy grilled veggies and sausage onto the rolls to eat all together. Or keep the veggies on the side, if you prefer. It is such an easy grilled meal that the entire family will love.
I hope you enjoy this Pictsweet Farms® Vegetables for Grilling Asparagus, Sweet Peppers & Onions with grilled Kielbasa sausage and rolls as much as my family does! Some of my family members like to add a little deli mustard and some like to eat it exactly as it is.
