Supplies/Ingredients Needed for your Pre-Workout Energy Boost Oil:
- 1 oz glass bottle
- young Living Peppermint essential oil
- Young Living Wintergreen Essential oil
- Young Living Rosemary essential oil
- liquid coconut oil
Essential Oils For Energy: Instructions on how to make Pre-Work Out Energy Boost Oil:
Grab your dropper bottle and your essential oils for energy. Add 20 drops of Peppermint essential oil, 20 drops of Wintergreen essential oil and 15 drops of your Rosemary essential oil to your empty glass dropper bottle. (I suggest glass because it won’t interact with essential oils where plastic will.) Once your essential oils have been added, fill the rest of the bottle up with your liquid coconut oil. Give a gentle shake and you are ready to use it!
How to use your Pre-Workout Energy Boost Oil:
Add 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand. Rub palms together and apply oil on the tops of your shoulders and to the back of your neck.
