Candy Corn Cookie Bars [Delicious Fall Treats Recipe]

What says Fall Treats more than something made with Candy Corn?!? Candy Corn just doesn’t last in our house! I’ve made a few different recipes using candy corn recently but these Candy Corn Cookie Bars are my absolute favorite! They are sweet and salty and just right for a fall party. We took them as fun fall treats for kids on the soccer team this week and enjoyed them after a big win. They’re perfect for any fall get together or occasion! You are going to love these delicious and easy to make Candy Corn Bars!

Candy Corn Cookie Recipe

Candy Corn Dessert Recipe

This candy corn cookie recipe combines all the yumminess of cookies with Halloween candy for a huge win. These candy corn cookie bars are so good will want to buy extra candy corn so you can still make them after Halloween! This dessert recipe uses Pay Day bars too.

Ingredients For Candy Corn Cookie Bars:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 3 full size PayDay bars
  • 1 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups candy corn
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups marshmallow cream

How To Make Candy Corn Cookies Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9”x13” cookie sheet with shortening.

In a medium bowl mix together butter, sugar, and vanilla.

Whisk egg and mix into butter and sugar mixture.

In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, four, and baking powder then add it to the wet ingredients, mixing well.

Add crushed graham crackers and stir until combined.

Press crust mixture into the greased cookie sheet.

Chop the PayDay bars into small pieces and sprinkle across the dough.

Chop 1/2 – 2/3 of the candy corn and sprinkle over the PayDay bars.

Evenly sprinkle the chocolate and peanut butter chips over the candy.

Spread marshmallow cream over all ingredients making sure to cover the entire dessert.

Sprinkle the remaining whole candy corns and peanuts evenly over the marshmallow cream.

Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow bars to cool completely before cutting into pieces approximately 3″ x 3″.

    I can eat candy corn by itself. 🙂 I always have to eat some because it reminds me of my grandfather. Those were his favorite.
