I really enjoyed the personal stories with before and after photos and found them to be very motivating.
Fit Moms for Life recognizes that being fit is about a good fitness program but that is only a part of it. I found Dustin Maher’s book to be truly inspirational and unique in his holistic approach to helping moms achieve fitness.
