I definitely think that being a good role model is a key factor in why my kids like to workout. I do a lot of zumba and they love to do it with me on the Wii when I do it at home. That kind of vigorous aerobic activity is great for them.

Wanted to thank you for posting a super fun and joyful article. I always loved exercising with my kids. As babies they helped me do sit ups and even helped me get into my bike helmet. Now we go on long distance rides together. It i the best family workout. Nothing better than some exercise fun!
