I have always been into health. Eating healthy and staying fit are priorities to me. I also enjoy supplements that help me stay healthy. Naturally, when I got the chance to try Juice Plus+ products, I was very excited. A friend of mine swears by them and I love supplements that are based on whole food based nutrition.

I was provided with Juice Plus+ products in order to facilitate review. I received no monetary compensation and all opinions expressed are my own.

For Back-to-School season, I was sent some Juice Plus+ Chewables to try. My children and I have been enjoying them. The Juice Plus+ Chewables are quite tasty without having a real sugary sweet flavor. The Juice Plus+ Orchard are a bit tart but still fruity sweet. The sweetness comes from two all-natural sweeteners – tapioca syrup and organic cane syrup – with absolutely no high fructose corn syrup. They deliver added whole food based nutrition from 7 different fruits (apple, orange, pineapple, cranberry, peach, papaya, and acerola cherry). I also like that they contain no artificial flavors or artificial colors and are 100% vegetarian; the ‘chewiness’ comes from fruit pectins, not gelatin.

The Juice Plus+ Orchard Blend Chewables are not a replacement for real fruits and vegetables but they do make a tasty treat to help bridge the gap and make sure you get whole food based nutrition from a variety of fruits. I like to stick a couple into my kids lunch box every day. They call them Juice Plus Gummies. I also like to chomp a few down with my lunch because that is always the meal that I pay the least attention to and I like knowing that I am getting something healthy in there.

Juice Plus+ Capsules

Juice Plus+ Orchard, Garden and Vineyard Blends provide added whole food based nutrition from 30 different fruits, vegetables, grains and berries in convenient capsule form. The Vineyard Blend adds nutrition from Concord grapes and a wide variety of berries − including blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, bilberries, and elderberries − that provide some of the most powerful and healthful antioxidants in fruits and vegetables. This helps counter the natural oxidative stress we face daily.

Juice Plus capsules gives you all the phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals you need to manage your day. I love being able to easily add more nutrients from fruits and veggies to my diet. While my kids enjoy the Juice Plus gummies since they can’t swallow pills yet, I like the Juice plus capsules because I can swallow them quickly. No chewing needed!

We don’t always get enough fruits and vegetables in our healthy diet as we would like. The next best thing is a whole food supplement. A garden blend of vegetable powders in vegetable supplements form is an easy way for me to add more nutritional value and bridge any nutritional gaps.

For example, the Juice Plus+ Vegetable Blend contains Broccoli, Parsley, Tomato, Carrot, Garlic, Beet, Spinach, Cabbage, Kale, Rice Bran and Lemon Peel. Typically, there is no way I eat that variety of veggies in one day!

Much more than a protein shake, Juice Plus Complete Shake Mix provides the benefit of whole food nutrition through nutrient packed pumpkin and pomegranate powders, their blend of ancient grains, and other nutritious ingredients. Complete by Juice Plus+ shakes are plant-based nutrition. These make great lunches on the go for me. I suppose some people use them as meal replacements for weight loss but I just use them for good health mid afternoon snacks. The chocolate nutritional shake is my favorite.

    I feel there probably aren’t many of us that actually get the recommended dose of fruits and vegetables in one day and these (as explained on the website) help bridge that gap. I love the concept of how these are so easy for everyone to get more nutrition through all the different products.

    I learned that these products provide several nutrients from fruits and veggies. This is good because, I don’t get enough produce, vitamins, or minerals in my system. I have a weaker immune system so I’m dreading the cold season.

    This is definitely one of the best products. It has lowered my blood pressure and help in many ways. I highly recommend it. But it is too expensive.

    Been using JuicePLus for now going on 7 years and just love it my kids are 11 and 13 and been on it the 7 years too and wow it really makes a difference !!!!!!
