Nature’s Way Vitamins Reviews

Natures Way Alive

We are what we eat and we don’t always eat perfectly so taking a multivitamin supplement to ensure that my family and I are getting all the basics our bodies need just makes sense. Your health is something that is easy to take for granted when it is good but the minute it starts to decline, you realize that your health is so important and totally worth any extra efforts. To me, a healthy diet, exercise, and multivitamins are a must so I will share these Alive reviews with you first. All of these multi-vitamin formulations have a full complex of B-vitamins (vitamin B6, vitamin B12, plus Quatrefolic L-Methylfolate, the active form of folate). I also enjoy a few other supplements to help me perform at my best. I will share those with you as well.

Nature’s Way Alive Vitamins Review

So for my Nature’s Way multivitamin review, I share a review of all three of their multivitamin products. First, I discuss the Alive Vitamins for men. Second, I review the Alive Women’s Multivitamin. Third, I cover the Alive Gummies. If you are wondering, “Are alive vitamins good for you?” I will discuss the Alive vitamins benefits for each variety in detail below.

Natures Way Alive Mens

Nature’s Way Alive Max3 Daily Men’s Max Potency Review (Multivitamin)

These vitamins are perfect for my husband. I dig that the Nature’s Way Alive Max3 Daily Men’s Max Potency multivitamins include food-based blends for easy absorption and extra nutrients. This blend seems to have been designed with everything mind from Energy & Endurance to Cardio Support to Digestive Enzymes and Immune Support. You can see all the supplement facts on the daily value of the essential vitamins on their website but I think you will be as impressed as I was!

I particularly like their high potency b-vitamins for energy in Alive Men. This multivitamin also has special food-based orchard fruits and vegetable powders designed to help support Energy & Endurance, Cardio, and Digestive Enzyme. Vitamin A, Vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K help support eye health as well as heart, immune, and muscle health.

The complete multi-vitamins bottle comes with 90 Tablets and the daily serving size is 3 tables so you can take one at each meal or all of them with dinner as you prefer. They are gluten free and there is no sugar, yeast, wheat soy, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Good stuff!

Natures Way Alive Womens

Nature’s Way, Alive Women’s Energy Review (Multivitamin)

This multivitamin – multimineral is specially balanced with daily nutrients to support women’s energy, Heart Health, Bones, Immune Health, eyes, hair, and skin health. The Nature’s Way Alive Women’s Energy is a complete multi-vitamin made with 26 fruits & vegetables and extra B vitamins for energy . The daily multivitamin bottle comes with 50 Tablets and the daily serving is one tablet which is perfect for me because once a day is all I can manage to remember! These Nature’s Way Alive supplements are gluten free. They contain no sugar, salt, soy, yeast, wheat, dairy products, or artificial flavors. For references purposes, you can find the exact nutritional information on the Nature’s Way website.

Natures Way Alive Kids Gummies

Nature’s Way, Alive! Gummies, Multi-Vitamin for Children Review

These Nature’s Way Alive Gummies are the perfect multivitamin for my kids because they enjoy the gummies so there is no fussing when it is time to take their gummies and in fact, they usually help me remember them! They come in three fun shapes and colors- Cherry, Grape, and Orange. No artificial flavors or preservatives. They have 26 Fruits & Vegetables and they ensure my kids get the vitamins they need. Contains no yeast, wheat, dairy, eggs or peanuts. They use a pectin base so they are Gelatin-Free and contain no corn syrup. There are 90 Gummies in the bottle and serving size is 3 gummies per day.

Natures Way Alive Calcium

Nature’s Way, Alive! Calcium, Bone Formula

Now this is a formula that I didn’t used to think of taking. “My bones are fine,” I thought. But as my grandmother and mother have aged, I have learned that bone health is actually a weak point in my family. This is true in many people’s families as they age. So, I am very happy to be able to support my own bone health with the Nature’s Way Alive Calcium Bone Formula.

I like that this Alive supplement isn’t just calcium, it is calcium plus some! While many supplements contain calcium from limestone rock or animal bones, Alive! Whole Food Calcium provides calcium and 70+ trace minerals in a natural food matrix that may be easier for the body to digest, absorb and utilize. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) in the formula directs calcium to the bones where it’s needed most, and away from arteries. The Vitamin D3 in the formula enhances your body’s ability to absorb & use calcium. It also has Magnesium and Vitamin C in the formula to help your body maintain bone density. I love that this bone formula is so well rounded.

3 More Nature’s Way Supplements To Keep Your Family Healthy

While multivitamins are a cornerstone for keeping my family healthy. We take several other supplements as well. Here are three more Nature’s Way supplements that are an important part of supporting the health and wellness of my family.

Natures Way Probiotic

Nature’s Way, Primadophilus, Reuteri Superior Probiotic, Multi-Strain Powder + scFOS

I have always been a big believer in probiotics for immune defense. As WebMD says, “Probiotics are often called “good” or “helpful” bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.” A healthy gut contributes to our overall health by influencing digestion and immunity.

The thing I love about the Nature’s Way Primadophilus Reuteri Superior Probiotic is that it is safe for ages 2 years and up. It comes in powder form so my whole family can use it. My son still doesn’t swallow pills yet. However, I can just mix 1 teaspoon into a glass of water or juice and he will drink it. I also love that it is a multi-strain formula with both lactobacillus and bifidobacterium to fortify both the large and small intestine microflora. Another unexpected bonus? It even has Prebiotic support! I really dig this 5 oz container and I think this is a supplement that is beneficial to everyone’s health.

Natures Way Echinacea Goldenseal

Nature’s Way, Echinacea Goldenseal, Alcohol Free 99.9%

I like having Nature’s Way Echinacea Goldenseal on hand. I use it if I start to feel a little under the weather. The truth is, I have never liked the taste of this stuff. However, I will swallow it down to help me avoid the flu or shorten my sickness time. Both herbs are well known for immune support and helping to fight infection.

Natures Way MCT

Nature’s Way, MCT Oil From Coconut

So this supplement is actually completely new to me and I am just trying it for the first time. According to Dr. Axe, MCTs are “supportive of your gut environment, especially since they have the capability to combat harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. Additionally, MCTs contain antioxidant properties.” Pretty impressive. It is pretty flavorless so I am just taking it straight. However, you could mix it into your drinks or food if you prefer. I am actually rubbing a few drops of the Nature’s Way MCT Oil on my son’s sensitive patches of skin too because it good for fighting inflammation. It seems to be providing them with extra protection.
