I have always believed that what we put into our bodies has a direct effect upon our health. That is why I try to make healthy meals for my family. Lucky for me, simple and healthy often go hand in hand. That is the case with today’s recipes that I will be sharing with you. They are all delicious, simple, and healthy! You are going to love these simple healthy breakfast ideas and they are sure to become a new staple in your house.

What is also really fun about the simple and healthy breakfast ideas you will learn today is their unique recipe presentation. The ingredients and directions are in the image above. Who knew granola could be so easy right? You can whip up a batch on a weekend and eat it all week long if you like. This is one of my all time favorite simple healthy breakfast ideas. And you and add in your favorite fix ins to mix it up a bit each week. As it is, I’d call it Maple Macadamia Granola.

Delicious and easy, this is a great way to make a filling, healthy breakfast that gives you a helping of fresh veggies too. This Leek Corn Egg Bake will help you add something new to your routine and even though it is super simple to make, it looks very impressive to serve to holiday guests that may be in town. Talk about a simple and healthy breakfast idea!

Ginger Lemon Honey Butter On Grilled Corn Muffins or Toast

Ok, so this one is not to be eaten alone but it is a really simple way to add some health benefits to your breakfast toast or muffins. It taste delicious and ginger has lots of great health benefits.
