After Childbirth- You Can And Should Restore Pelvic Floor Muscles

Did you know that childbirth is the number one reason a woman’s pelvic floor is weakened? The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of the torso that is responsible for supporting the internal organs. When the pelvic floor becomes stretched or weakened, a woman may experience bladder leakage when coughing, laughing, sneezing or exercising. Not just that (as if it wasn’t enough), a strong, healthy pelvic floor “makes sex feel even more bliss-tastic” as Cosmopolitan puts it. So as you can imagine, strengthening the pelvic floor is important for every woman.

Apex Helps Strengthen Pelvic Floor Muscles

So you want to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles but you aren’t sure how? Well, some of you may have heard of kegel exercises and those can help but you may need something more effective. (Over half of women, even after formal instruction, are not able to properly complete a pelvic floor contraction, aka Kegel). That is where Apex comes in. Apex is a medical device that will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to stop stress urinary incontinence (and improve sexual satisfaction) without pills, without surgery and without pain.

The FDA recently cleared the Apex medical device for sale over-the-counter direct to the consumer. Apex is designed to make it easy for a woman to strengthen her pelvic floor muscles. Apex uses gentle muscles stimulation to contract and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, restoring your ability to control bladder leakage. After just a few weeks, your leakage will be resolved and you can enjoy your leak-free lifestyle! Hundreds of physicians have recommended the Apex to postpartum patients as treatment to restore their pelvic floor after childbirth. Apex is used in the privacy and comfort of your own home. This sounds like a very empowering product to me!

90% of bladder leakage is caused by weak pelvic floor muscles, APEX strenghtens pelvic flor muscles naturally eliminating leakage. IT’S AN ISSUE YOU SIMPLY DON’T HAVE TO LIVE WITH.”

Don’t Pad the Problem. Cure It.

Seriously, if you could make that incontinence issue go away, just imagine how freeing it would be! Reasons to consider strengthening your pelvic floor with Apex:

Bladder leakage does not improve by itself, and often worsens, requiring thicker pads as you age.

The average woman living with bladder leakage will spend upwards of $50,000.00 in her lifetime on pads (which take up to 500 years to decompose). One Apex can stop the need for pads entirely.

I totally agree that women need to tone and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Not just youngish women who have recently had children but incontinence becomes an even bigger problem as we age. This is actually one of the main things I teach to my yoga students (even the men, because they need to hold their pee too), but there is often more to the muscles down there then just kegel exercises. A little training by someone who understand the musculature and anyone can strengthen their pelvic floor.
