I liked the idea of Silk Fruit & Protein because it is a drink that is naturally full of protein and calcium and the fruit would make it like a treat. It is basically a lot like the yogurt smoothie drinks we sometimes purchase in consistency and flavor. I got the quart size which is available at Kroger. My little boy loves soy milk and almond milk and juice so I figured he would love this and it would be a great filling drink for when I try to tide him over between meals. He does love it but that was no surprise! My daughter is pickier and her favorite beverage is water. She likes the Silk Fruit&Protein for a treat after she gets home from school but she still wants water most of the time. Also no shocker. The Mixed Berry is very yummy and very berry- my son’s favorite! I love the Mango Peach- delicious. We didn’t get to try the Strawberry Banana. I sometimes drink it after dinner when I am craving something but it is too close to bedtime to eat. It is filling and hits the spot.
