We think you and your family will enjoy Lil Rey’s “Reindeer” Dog Treats. Here is the recipe so you can include your family pet in the fun! My dog loves these pumpkin peanut dog treats!
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 eggs
How To Make Pumpkin Peanut Dog Treats
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and peanut butter.
Add in flour and ginger to mixture and knead together until the dough forms.
Roll out dough to about ½ an inch thick and use a small glass or cookie cutter to cut out the treats.
Use flour as needed to prevent the dough from sticking.
Place on parchment paper about an inch apart and bake about 40 mins or until hard.
Take out of the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
