The 4th of July is only days away and my family is so excited that they can hardly stand themselves!  We’ve been making some 4th of July treats and 4th of July crafts the last few days to get us even more in the spirit.  These American Flag Cheesecake Bars are a quick and easy 4th of July dessert for any Independence Day get together!  They are so delicious and creamy and you will love the fresh flavors of strawberry and blueberry.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of no bake cheesecake – you could make homemade cheesecake if you wanted to but I wanted quick and easy

How To Make This Easy 4th of July Dessert:

Make the cheesecake according to instructions but do so in an 8″ square pan rather than a round pan.

Allow the cheesecake to chill until firm (about 1 hour).

Cut the cheesecake into rectangular pieces, approximately 2″ x 3″.

You will need a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Use the piping bag filled with strawberry jelly to add red stripes to each “flag”.

Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve!
