- Hershey’s new birthday-themed products (I used the Jolly Rancher and Twizzlers Party Mix)

Giant balloons are another growing trend for using to make confetti balloons. They work to stuff with a few candies too!
How To Stuff Balloons With Candy For Birthday Party:
Gather the supplies mentioned above and lay them out on a clear work space so you can begin to make balloon decorations. Then follow the simple steps below.
Begin stuffing a few of the Hershey’s new birthday-themed products inside the balloon necks. I used Jolly Ranchers candies and Jolly Rancher Chews. I stuffed about 3 candies into each balloon pulling the balloon necks over the candies kind of like tights over your feet. You don’t want the balloons to get too heavy so try to limit the candies to 3-5 in each balloon.
Next, hold the balloon over your bag of confetti (mine were metallic hearts and sparkles) and sprinkle a few pinches of confetti inside the neck of the balloon. Blow up your “stuffed” balloons nice and large and tie them off. They will be weighted down with the candy so you can also just set a few here and there on the coffee table or mantle for extra decorations if you wish. Now thread your embroidery thread onto the needle and pull free your length of the banner that you want to create. Use the needle to poke the extra tie off part of the balloon and thread the balloons onto your embroidery thread to create your banner.
The great thing about this method is that you don’t have to be very precise because you can just slide your balloons into place once you hang the banner and clip the extra string. (If you prefer you could just tie the string around each balloon tie off but then you will want to measure and space the balloons evenly as you go.) That is it!
Place Your Stuffed Balloons
Your candy filled birthday balloon decoration is all set! Now you just hang it up, slide balloons apart evenly and enjoy. This decoration is perfect is use for carnival birthday party theme and let the pop the balloons outside to get the goodies out!

I love this idea! I’ll have to think of a safe way to use these in a game so that essentially each child gets their own pinata to pop and collect candy from. Thanks for the great idea and tutorial!
