I made this 7 layer dip and it was GREAT. YUMMM. This layer party dip has a rich and flavorful taste that combines creamy, tangy, savory, and slightly spicy elements. The refried beans provide a hearty, earthy base, while the guacamole adds a smooth, fresh, and slightly citrusy flavor. The sour cream introduces a cool, tangy creaminess that balances the spiciness of the rotel, which brings in a zesty, slightly smoky kick. The shredded cheese adds a mild, salty richness, and the olives contribute a briny pop of flavor. Green onions give it a fresh, slightly sharp bite, tying all the layers together for a delicious, multi-textured bite in each scoop.

Thank you for the reminder! I used to make something similar fairly often. It’s one of my favorite party recipes, and it always disappears so quickly. I’m starting to collect holiday recipes–not just for the big table, but to feed company. *pinned*
