Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Cook Time: 10-12 minutes
Makes 2 dozen cookies
Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients:
- 1 Cup butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup canned pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions:
Blend the first 4 ingredients with a beater till smooth. Mix the next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add the flour mix a little at a time to your pumpkin mix. Blend the flour mix into the pumpkin mix as you go. Once the flour is fully blended into the pumpkin mix, fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Drop cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool on a cookie sheet for 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to complete cooling. They will soft in texture and fluffy, similar to a cake brownie, and totally delicious!
