I recently had the opportunity to try out Happy Feet Insoles. Happy Feet massaging shoe insoles are made to provide immediate relief from hip or lower back pain and help eliminate foot, ankle, knee, and hip pain. That all sounds great but honestly I just wanted the HappyFeet orthotic insoles for their massaging action which increases circulation and makes shoes feel more comfortable. Happy Feet did provide a pair of Happy Feet Therapeutic Massaging Insoles to facilitate review.

My Review of Happy Feet Shoe Inserts
I was very pleased when I received the HappyFeet Therapeutic Massaging Insoles that they were nice and thin. My sneakers are already a bit tight and I was a little concerned about how they would feel inside my shoes. The HappyFeet massaging shoe insoles felt totally great. I was able to select the insole based on my shoe size so I just slipped them into my shoes when they arrived and I was ready to go try them out.
I used to wear custom orthotics when I was young for arch support because I had flat feet. These happyfeet insoles are nothing like those hard surfaces. They are fluid orthotics, which means fluid filled insoles. This means the insole responds to your foot and your movements. It is basically like a foot massage in that it increases blood circulation and soothes sore feet.
The HappyFeet shoe insoles feel like there are pockets of air that move under your feet as you move. It really does feel massaging and improve your circulation at all the same time. I kind of felt spoiled wearing them around since it was like a constant massage!
I ended up lending the HappyFeet massaging orthotic insoles to my mom (same size foot) for a trip she was taking and she was really impressed too. My mom said she really liked how they absorbed impact on her long walks and helped improve circulation when she was stuck sitting for long periods of time. My mom is a reflexologist and she is going to start recommending Happy Feet insoles to her clients.
We are both huge HappyFeet massaging shoe insoles fans! I hope you found my happy feet reviews helpful. Let me know if you have questions. Just reach out on social media @familyfocusblog!
