Conclusion
I tried Daily Harvest because I love smoothies but I don’t always plan ahead to have all the right things on hand for my smoothies. I love that Daily Harvest has already done all the health research and flavor combo research to deliver perfectly delicious and nutritious smoothies right to my door stuffed full of organic, nutritious goodness.
The only thing I have to do is open up the Daily Harvest cup, pour the fresh ingredients into my blender, add a liquid (I use almond milk), blend, pour, and drink. I’m trying really hard (and sometimes I fail) at making better choices. Has anyone here tried daily harvest? I see commercials for it all the time. Seems like it’s vegan or vegetarian? Yes, I have tried them and I love them. Daily Harvest does offer vegan products, although you can make them vegetarian by adding dairy milk if you like. The sugar content will vary by product and all nutrition information can be found on their website. The Avocado + Greens smoothie for example, has 16 grams total of sugar with 0 grams of added sugar. In other words, the sugar is from natural fruit sources such as the organic apples and organic date paste.
