“Flow” Liver Cleanse Juice Recipe
This fresh celery juice cleanse recipe has all the cleansing nutrients you need and the pear makes sure it has a pleasant taste as well. This green cleanse juice recipe has liver cleansing ingredients (celery, fennel, cucumber, and parsley) to help you when you overdone it with rich, sugary foods the night before, it helps to eliminate those toxins.
Ingredients for “Flow” Juice Cleanse
- 1 small cucumber
- one pear
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 small fennel bulb

Ingredients for Coconut Quinoa Porridge
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 4-6 dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1tsp raw virgin coconut oil
- Seasonal fruit (optional)
- Toasted pecans or walnuts (for topping)
How To Make Coconut Quinoa Porridge
Place quinoa in heavy-bottomed pan with coconut milk and dates.
Simmer for approx 15 minutes or until all milk is absorbed.
Remove from heat, stir in the remaining ingredients, except for coconut oil, fruit and nuts. Replace lid until ready to eat.
When ready to serve, top each bowl with coconut oil, fruit and nuts.
