A good vacuum is essential to every home. If you have a mix of floor types like I do (wood flooring, tile flooring, carpet, and rugs), you will love the Eureka Airspeed vacuum. It is lightweight and works well on multiple surfaces.I was provided with a Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS in order to facilitate this review.
Review of Eureka AirSpeed All Floors Bagless Upright Vacuum, AS3011A
I was blessed with the chance to review the new Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS vacuum cleaner and jumped at the chance because I needed a vacuum with some good cleaning accessories and because of the cleaning power. Based on independent testing, Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS cleans carpets better than the Dyson DC41! OK, I said, count me in!
Eureka Airspeed Assembly
My Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS model AS3011A arrived in a box which I unpacked. I found several pieces to assemble and a quick start guide. While I was looking over the assembly instructions, my eight year old daughter was assembling it! I had to take it apart so I could reassemble it on video for y’all! It was pretty quick and easy as you can see in my video, it too less than two minutes.
The main thing I noticed right away about the Eureka Air Speed All Floors model 3011 is that unlike my old upright vacuum, the Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS has AirSpeed Technology that uses an efficient floor-to-cup airpath. This means that stuff gets sucked up with limited twists and turns that decreases the distance dust needs to travel and increases airflow, providing maximum suction power. Long story short, this Eureka AirSpeed vacuum is powerful.
I like that the Eureka Air Speed All Floors is engineered to clean a multitude of surfaces in your home. The Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS features a brushroll that can be turned on to deep clean carpets (and you can select carpet height as well) and off to safely remove dirt and debris from bare floors. This works great for me since I have both hardwoods and carpets to clean. It also has a unique Smooth-Glide pivoting base that makes it easy to get under and around furniture and a super long cord that helps with that as well.
The Eureka Air Speed All Floors has accessories to help with the deep cleaning like furniture, stairs, corners, and blinds. The vacuum’s suction control valve lets you direct all of the power to the floors or to the tools, so you have maximum suction where you need it.
The Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS is available nationwide at Walmart: http://bit.ly/1fi809x.
Eureka AirSpeed Vacuum Accessories Challenge
I took the vacuum accessories challenge. Eureka makes it easy to confidently clean all surfaces especially with the Stair and Upholstery Turbo Brush. It has a spinning brush that helps get out even ground in debris.
For the challenge, I spilled some Cheerios on my steps and my daughter stepped on them to crunch them up because that happens when you have kids! I turned on the Eureka AirSpeed ALL FLOORS and turned the vacuum dial to “TOOLS” which sends suction through the tube and I attached the tube to the Stair and Upholstery brush. Then I just vacuumed the stairs and it sucked the Cheerios right up. Even more impressive? It also sucked up a months worth of dog fur and foot traffic debris. I loved how the brush has the spinning brush to help really suck it anything that has been ground into your stairs or couch. You can see the challenge in a short video clip above.
