This Healthy Berry Smoothie Popsicle Recipe is full of nutrition and kids love the taste too! It is full of healthy ingredients like fruits, veggies, and flax and there are is no added sugar.
Healthy Berry Smoothie Popsicle Recipe:
Healthy Berry Smoothie Popsicle Ingredients
· Orange juice
· 6-8 large Frozen strawberries
· 1.5 cups of frozen mixed berries
· ½ cup chopped kale
· 2 teaspoons ground up flax seeds
· 1/2 cup smooth tofu
· ½ avocado
· 1 banana
Healthy Berry Smoothie Popsicle Directions
Put OJ in the blender then add strawberries & mixed berries, blend well.
Then add 2-3 ingredients from the list and blend some more.
Add remaining ingredients and blend everything together to a smooth consistency.
Pour into freezer pop molds and you will end up with a tasty, frozen treat- a Berry Smoothie Popscicle.
If you prefer you can skip the freezing and enjoy it as a Berry Healthy Smoothie!
