Urban Remedy Reviews:
I was provided with some fabulous Urban Remedy products to try and I truly enjoyed them. I felt so spoiled to have so many wonderful, healthy food options available to me and there was no work involved. Just open and enjoy!
Urban Remedy Juice
I LOVED the Urban Remedy Juice selection. It was so nice having a healthy drink in the fridge for my mid morning snack and afternoon snack cravings. I just grabbed a healthy Urban Remedy juice and it satisfied my urge to eat something. Urban Remedy offers raw, Certified Organic, cold pressed juices in delicious healing blends designed to bring out the inherent sweetness of fruits and veggies so they are naturally sweet and low-glycemic. It worked too. I loved every one that I tried and it is nice knowing you are getting a healthy dose of natural rejuvenating vitamins and minerals. These cold pressed juices can also be consumed in a more structured way for a juice cleanse. More details on that on at urbanremedy.com.
There are 4 Urban Remedy Juice Cleanse options with 6 juices each tailored to your needs. They are great for an easy detox.
Urban Remedy also offers Lemonades that are low glycemic, naturally sweet and refreshing. These citrus blends are a great way to flush the system and introduce nutritious ingredients like anti-inflammatory turmeric and metabolism-boosting cayenne. While I enjoyed the Pink Lemonade, I have to tell you that I did not enjoy the taste of the Boost. I knew it was good for me and drank it anyway, but I just couldn’t cozy up to the taste of turmeric.
Urban Remedy Nut Milks
Several Certified Organic Nut Milks are also available. Nut milks are a creamy, soothing alternative to dairy drinks. Urban Remedy infuses their Nut Milks with delicious, healing ingredients, like cinnamon and cacao. I got to try the Almond Milk and I loved it. My mom always made me almond milk from scratch when I was growing up. Bless her heart. This is so much easier!
Urban Remedy dairy free cold brew coffee was delicious too- I tried the Light which was “lightened” in color with almond milk. They also have cold-brew teas and I totally want to try their Matcha Au Lait (which also uses almond milk)!
And now for my absolute favorite delicious treat, Urban Remedy Shakes offer an easy, healthy meal replacement option for those working on weight loss. The Mint Cocoa Chip was just delicious and my mouth is watering thinking about it. Yum!
Urban Remedy Meals:
With 10 healthy meals to choose from, you are sure to find some healthy meals you will want to add to your routine. Urban Remedy meals are delicious dishes that satisfy your cravings for flavor while delivering a boost of nutrition. From zucchini “pastas” to zesty salads, you’ll savor every healthy, flavorful bite. Each of of the meals comes with a delicious sauce packed inside that is full of yummy flavor and healthy spices.
I loved the Pad Thai with low carb noodles made from zucchini. The sauce was very yummy with mint, basil, coconut and almond butter. My son enjoyed some of the noodles part but I left the sauce off of his because I knew that would be a bit too much flavor for him. My kids also enjoy the Zucchini Fettuccine Marinara with me as an easy side dish to the meal I had fixed. I ate every bite of the Super Green Quinoa Bowl myself for lunch and I loved it. It is so satisfying when something is that tasty, easy, and good for you!
Urban Remedy Snacks
13 delicious and nutritious snack options that are ready made- gotta love that! I tried the
“No Oatmeal Cookie”-all the texture & richness of an oatmeal cookie, made with low-glycemic organic apples, and almond flour. I enjoyed it but just as a heads up, I found it to be more like a yummy granola than a cookie (because it is not that sweet and the texture is crunchy). I also got to try the Almond Brownie with organic almond flour and sprouted almonds, a heart-healthy base for a satisfying treat you can feel good about.
Urban Remedy Desserts
With Urban Remedy, you can have your cake and eat it too! I did. I had the Lemon Poppyseed Cake, a grain-free, vegan treat To be honest, I could tell that it was a healthy dessert because it wasn’t super sweet and I could taste the cashew butter but I loved how smooth and creamy it was. Even my seven year old approved of it and helped polish it off in one sitting! They have three other vegan dessert options made without refined sugar as well and I’d like to try them all, especially the tiramisu!
