Michael Angelo’s Frozen Eggplant Parmesan
I enjoyed the Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Parmesan yesterday for lunch and I have to say it was nice having a real home-cooked style meal for lunch. I really enjoyed the lightly breaded eggplant layered with tomato sauce (made from hand selected, vine-ripened tomatoes) and mozzarella cheese and then topped with imported Parmigiano Reggiano & Pecorino Romano. Mmmm…it was really good and my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Michael Angelo’s Frozen Lasagna Review
Lasagna is a favorite meal in my house. My husband does his version with béchamel sauce and I use ricotta. My son loves them both and he would have it for dinner every night if he could. But we don’t like to make it quite that often so Michael Angelo’s Lasagna with Meat Sauce is great to have on hand for a convenient lunch or dinner. It is made with fresh beef, vine-ripened tomatoes, and fresh herbs that are sautéed and then layered with firm 100% semolina lasagna noodles and imported cheeses. Getting hungry, aren’t you? Well, we all enjoy the robust flavor and clean ingredients of this lasagna.
