Cut out a heart shape outline with the construction paper and place on to sheet of contact paper. Decorate the inside of the heart with different colored strips of tissue paper. Once filled in, place opposite sheet of contact paper on the other side and trim the excess paper around the heart. Hang in window for a lovely Valentines display.
