We eat a lot of chicken in our house especially right now when the cost of chicken is so substantially less than beef and other meats. It can get a little boring though so we like to have a lot of recipes on hand to change it up often. We’re busy all the time though so those recipes usually need to be quick and easy to make. Here are some of our favorite quick easy chicken recipes that don’t skimp on the flavor.

    This chicken dinner round is exactly what I wanted. Now I can just add green beans on the side for a complete meal! It’s also great that some of the recipes allow you to use cooked chicken and store leftovers in an airtight container for later.

    I love how these recipes use simple ingredients you can easily find at the grocery store or Whole Foods! Cooking everything in a large skillet over medium heat makes it so convenient, and the addition of parmesan cheese sounds delicious.
